Galeria Graça Brandão, in Lisbon, has been holding since last December, the exhibition Os Meus Heróis, Part I, organized by José Mário Brandão, the director of the exhibition space that focuses mainly on the dissemination and promotion of art especially by Portuguese and Brazilian artists. This will be the first exhibition in a series in which José Mário intends to remember artists who, in one way or another, have marked his life. In this Parte I, Albuquerque Mendes, Ana Vieira, Darocha, João Maria Gusmão + Pedro Paiva, Joaquim Rodrigo, Mauro Cerqueira, Nuno Ramalho, Pedro Tudela, Rui Chafes and Victor Arruda are the represented artists, This show will be on until February 1st, 2020, but other parts will follow it, because there are many more heroes for José Mário Brandão.
