«Alterações Climáticas. Qual o futuro que enfrentamos?» («Climate Change. What future do we face?»), «Nanocam – Uma viagem à biodiversidade» («Nanocam – a trip to biodiversity»), «Lourinhanossaus. E depois?» («Lourinhanossaus. And then?»), «O ovo ou a Galinha» («The Hen or the egg»), «Oceano Fonte de Vida» («Ocean life source»), «A minha casa é um Planeta» («My house is a Planet»), «Descobrimentos Portugueses» («Portuguese discoveries»), «Origens da Vida» («origins of Life»), and «A primeira viagem à Lua» («The first trip to the moon»), are the films that will be exhibited in the shopping centre Nova Arcada, in Braga, from 1st to 31st August. The immersive film initiative is called Nova Arcada Experience and it promises to leave kids and grown-ups enthralled. In the Central plaza of the well-known shopping centre in Braga, a semi-spherical Dome will be installed, in order to have a 360.º degree film projection, offering all visitors a unique experience. The image, while projected on a screen of 3600, leads users to dive and experience feelings of immersion. In total, there will be nine immersive cinema options, all of them in documentary, in order to raise awareness among families for the great themes of today such as biodiversity, natural resources, climate change, the Discoveries, among others. Thus, it will be an innovative and ravishing way of educating, giving the feeling that viewers are part of the film. Immersive cinema sessions happen daily at 11:00, 1:00, 3:00 and 8:00 pm, from 1st to 31st August.
