The insurance market in Angola tends to be really focused on corporate business. Even though there are a number of insurance companies, the number of people with private insurance is still under 20%. Faced with this, SanlamAllianz introduced its Talent Hub (TH) project, with the aim of boosting and expanding its coverage of the mass market (private insurance) segment in the country. 
The vision behind the project has always been clear: to make individual insurance more accessible and, at the same time, strengthen SanlamAllianz’s presence in several provinces. However, Talent Hub goes beyond a mere commercial initiative, and has become a catalyst for the professional development of young Angolans. 
This project is transforming the lives of young people who have found themselves outside the labour market, offering them the opportunity to generate their own income, support their families and, more importantly, build a career with a future. Today, many of these consultants work confidently and independently, supported by one of Angola’s largest insurance companies and the world’s largest insurer. 
The results are undeniable: transformed lives, a boost to the economy and the training of a new generation of professionals working in the insurance sector. With technical and commercial training, ongoing support and access to digital tools, our consultants are fully empowered to provide a high-quality, approachable and personal service.
Talent Hub currently has more than 400 consultants in Luanda and Huíla, with the target of reaching 550 by the end of the year. This number not only reflects growth, but also symbolises our perseverance, vision and commitment.
Like all major projects, it wasn’t exactly easy at the start. However, the resilience and determination we have demonstrated have put us on the surest path to success. Every obstacle we have faced has strengthened us, taught us and prepared us for more ambitious heights. We believe that this project is much more than a beginning; it represents a vision, a hope and an opportunity to make dreams come true.
