CASE CONSTRUCTION EQUIPMENT - Tractors that transform lives.
Share
Case Construction Equipment, represented in Angola by Multiauto, has partnered with Fazenda Unicanda to promote agricultural and social development in the Calandula region of Malanje province. As part of a social responsibility initiative, agricultural tractors were delivered to local smallholders, providing them with the means to increase production, improve living conditions, and boost the rural economy.
This initiative is part of a broader integrated development program led by Fazenda Unicanda, which aims to support family farmers, train human resources, diversify crops, and increase community income. Multiauto had already provided initial support in 2021, and given Fazenda Unicanda's strategic vision, decided to reinforce its involvement on the ground. For both entities, this project is not limited to donating equipment: it is about creating real conditions for the autonomy and sustainable progress of local populations.
The delivery of the tractors is an essential step. These tools allow for the mechanization of agricultural tasks, land clearing, and sowing and harvesting more quickly and efficiently. With the right machinery, producers can expand their cultivation areas, improve the quality of operations, and achieve larger harvests. At the same time, the gesture symbolizes a serious commitment to the future of agriculture in Calandula.
But more than just tractors, this partnership brings knowledge, training, and shared responsibility. Communities are called to learn, apply good agricultural practices, and work with the resources available to them. The intervention by Fazenda Unicanda and its partners represents a collaborative approach that seeks to transform the Angolan countryside, ensuring food, health, employment, and economic development.
In a country with great agricultural potential, it's crucial that companies with a local presence engage actively and in a structured manner. This is what happened in Calandula: a concrete gesture with a direct impact on people's lives. An example of how agribusiness can also be a driver of social transformation.
