BMW 5 SERIES TOURING - New stage in premium driving brings an all-new 100% electric version

The new BMW 5 Series Touring family represents a new era in premium driving. With the sixth generation of the series, BMW once again takes driving pleasure, sporty elegance, and modern functionality to a new level, also introducing a new all-electric version.

The new BMW 5 Series Touring's front design features a distinctive interpretation of the German brand's signature twin headlights and grille. The interior also features digital innovations and enhanced convenience. In addition to the traditional engine versions, the all-electric premium driving experience is also enhanced with the new series' unprecedented arrival.
At the center of an intuitive cockpit, designed down to the last detail for the driver's experience, sits the 12.3-inch BMW Curved Display and a 14.9-inch control screen – all with a refined level of acoustic comfort. The standard BMW Live Cockpit Plus also includes the BMW Maps navigation system. The modern and premium ambience of the interior, entirely vegan in the standard version, is further enhanced by the new standard sports seats and the steering wheel, now flatter at the bottom, as well as the BMW Interaction Bar for the BMW i5 Touring engine.

Versatile and spacious, the BMW 5 Series Touring also boasts a trunk volume that can be expanded from 570 liters to 1,700 liters. The standard version also comes equipped with semi-automatic driving and parking systems, and this premium experience can be further enhanced with the optional M Sport Package, M Sport Package Pro, and M Exterior Carbon Package.
All diesel engines available for the new BMW 5 Series Touring are paired with 48V hybrid technology and an 8-speed Steptronic transmission. The all-electric BMW i5 eDrive40 Touring boasts a 0-100 km/h time of 6.1 seconds, while the top-of-the-line BMW i5 M60 xDrive Touring boasts a 0-100 km/h time of 3.9 seconds.
