The culinary experience can be explored through two distinct tasting menus. ‘Maresia’ offers a menu focused primarily on fish and shellfish, reflecting the close proximity to the ocean and the abundance of the Portuguese coast, and includes only one meat course throughout the meal. In contrast, ‘Novo Mundo’ presents a fully vegetarian vision, where vegetables, seaweed, textures and Portuguese flavours are given new expression, all the while maintaining a subtle connection to the maritime world that defines the restaurant’s identity.

The Flor de Lis Restaurant has a terrace overlooking the sea, inviting you to enjoy a relaxed lunch, a special dinner or a get-together with friends, capturing the more casual essence of a meal, which can range from traditional recipes to innovative dishes. Bistrô by Vila Foz, on the other hand, is housed within Matosinhos Market, about 10 minutes from the hotel, welcoming you to embrace the market’s authentic spirit by selecting the ingredients to be prepared for you in the kitchen.
