Macallan is launching 250 bottles of 52-year-old single cask single malt, created on November 13, 1965, the same year that the Speyside distillery doubled its distillation capacity with the introduction of six new stills. This rare malt, with rich spicy flavours and a beautiful ruby colour, has been aged in an exceptional European oak sherry cask. Each bottle is hand signed by Macallan whisky maker Sarah Burgess and presented in an oak box. The suggested price for each bottle is USD 53,500.
