It was created in 2008 in New York, by the hands of two creative French partners, and the success was such, that Bistrot Bagatelle restaurant was replicated by more than a dozen beautiful destinations: Miami, London, Saint-Tropez, São Paulo, Saint Barth, Dubai, Punta Del Este, Rio Ibiza, Monte-Carlo and Bahrain. All, without exception, follow the model of the New York matrix, that is bold, exclusive, sophisticated and invites to celebration and to the joie de vivre. Bistrot Bagatelle has now arrived in Courchevel, Europe's most luxurious ski resort, at an altitude of 2250 metres in the French Alps. High-heeled brands spiked on the sofas and chairs give very strong clues of the dual identity of Bagatelle restaurants. As time goes by, the dishes of the exquisite menu of French cuisine gain prominence. The DJ steps into the scene, while the waiters, handpicked by competence and physical beauty, try to animate the guests, inviting them to climb wherever they want to dance, which explains the brands in the furniture. At any moment one of them can come up in a costume, bringing a bottle of erupting champagne with them.
