From 22nd to 26th July, Convento do Espinheiro Historic Hotel & Spa in Évora will host an event that is entirely dedicated to health. Healthy and nutritious cooking workshops, organic wines as well as sports massage, oriental techniques and relaxation will be part of the programming.
The first day of the initiative is dedicated to delicacies made there, however, in a healthy way. Sugar-free cakes, creative ideas and new ways of cooking pastry are the suggestions offered by this 15th century monastery for its premiere. On the next day there will be a pizza workshop, in which young and old will learn how to cook this Italian delicacy in a nutritious and healthy way. On 24th, the Hotel's Spa, awarded by the World Luxury Spa Awards, will present all sports massage, Oriental and relaxation techniques, with the specialist Carla Moleiro. On the following day, the Chef Jorge Peças, the responsible for the gastronomic excellence at Divinus and Olive restaurants, will be in charge of a very special workshop for all visitors: healthy cooking. The wine cellar of Convento do Espinheiro was the elected place to finish this week of health and gastronomy, with a workshop on oenology – Organic Wines.
