PortoBay Flores, a new hotel unit by PortoBay chain, located in Rua das Flores, in Oporto, was officially inaugurated last September 6th and the first images of this new five star hotel show the luxury and the refinement you will be able to find. The location is privileged, next to Igreja da Misericórdia and a short walk from the city’s main tourist attractions, and its architecture and interior design is a fusion between the classic and the contemporary style. The hotel, whose construction results from the junction of two buildings (a restored 16th century mansion and a new wing built for the purpose), has 66 rooms and suites, a restaurant, a bar with access to the street, a gym, a spa, an indoor pool with natural light, a meeting room, a reading room and an 18th century chapel, as well as a courtyard. 55 of the rooms are located in the new building and 11 in the refurbished mansion. Booking can be done online through PortoBay Flores website. For members of PortoBay chain’s Prestige Club, the accommodation has 10% discount (for Blue members) or 15% (Gold members). For a minimum stay of four nights until the end of 2019, all members will also be given a credit of €15 per room to use in the hotel restaurant and bar.
