In order to celebrate the 15 years of Rock in Rio in Portugal, the organisation has announced that a mini festival of the event will be held in September, between Friday 6th and Sunday 8th and the entrance will be free of charge. This special edition will take place at Torre de Belém, in Lisbon, and, in addition to the concerts, there will be a videomapping, several animated shows and the «biggest Firework ever seen at the river Tagus», according to the organization. James (7th September), Ivete Sangalo (8th September) and an orchestra, composed of 60 musicians and directed by conductor Rui Massena (6th September) are some of the artists who will be performing at Rock in Rio Rock in Rio Lisbon 2020’s date has already been scheduled. The mega music festival is back to the Parque da Bela Vista on 20th, 21st, 27th and 28th June. The tickets aren’t on sale yet.
