2022 was a
promising year, full of talent and news, but the time has come for the 50 best
restaurants to be chosen. Winning the heart of the world, with its exceptional flavours,
the top accolade this year went to the restaurant Geranium. Located in
Copenhagen, the eatery is on the 8th floor with a view of stunning
gardens, a landscape that ends up influencing the flavours that ensure that
nature is the protagonist. Coordinated by Rasmus Kofoed and Soren Ledet, the
space had already won three Michelin stars in 2016, and now a dream has come
true by winning the title of best restaurant in the world. The list of World’s
50 Best Restaurants continues with Central, Disfrutar and Diverxo
restaurants in 2nd, 3rd and 4th places, respectively.
