The viewpoint at the Vasco da Gama Tower, the tallest building in Portugal, at Parque das Nações, Lisbon, has reopened to the public after 25 years. The last time this space was accessible was during the Expo’98. Renamed Vasco da Gama Tower Babylon 360º, it comprises a natural vertical garden, a bar that offers spice-based cocktails and an unbeatable view over the Tagus River and the capital. All at an altitude of 145 metres. Designed by architects Leonor Janeiro and Nick Jacobsa, the experience of going up the tower has been updated. The ascent is achieved through panoramic lifts and at the top each window holds a piece of history or a recommendation, available through a QR Code.
