The Carolina Herrera
brand made all eyes turn to New York
Fashion Week, where it gave its first show since the founder announced her
retirement as creative director. The Spring-Summer
2019 collection is now the responsibility of the young designer Wes Gordon,
who opted for floral prints, polka dots, bulky sleeves and generous necklines, while
also highlighting colours such as mustard, moss green, various shades of pink
and white and black. Featured in the collection – the strapless dress, in perforated
white cotton with black edging.
