The Chinese manufacturer Huawei unveiled its first smart glasses, developed in partnership with Gentle Monster, an extremely popular South Korean eyewear manufacturer in China. The Gentle Monster-Hhuawei Eyewear have five different models (Smart East Moon 01, Smart Jack Blue 01, Smart South Side 01, Smart Alio 01, Smart Alio C1) and the cheapest model costs around 255€. Although these glasses stand out for presenting a minimalist design and in line with the latest industry trends, its features draw all the attention. Equipped with stereo speakers, they will allow you to answer phone calls, listen to music, get audio directions from Google Maps and other similar features. The Gentle Monster-Hhuawei Eyewear can also interact with Google Assistant, through a simple touch on the eyeglass frame. Moreover: the manufacturer states that components such as the antenna, the charging module, the microphones, the battery, the speaker, etc. can be easily replaced by the users. Although this is not an essential gadget for the overwhelming majority of people, it is a quite interesting extra.
