Shoe shiners, chestnut sellers, fishmongers, fruit sellers and florists, among other Lisbon’s typical and picturesque ‘characters’, put on Vans t-shirts on the occasion of its launch campaign. The Californian brand decided to distinguish Lisbon and the «Lisbon spirit», featuring a collection of t-shirts. These two models available, in black and white versions were created «with a palette inspired by the Portuguese national flag», as Vans explained, even though these elements blend harmoniously with the classic details of the brand. Vans, founded in 1966 in Anaheim, California, by brothers Paul Van Doren and James Van Doren, Gordon Lee and Serge D'elia, has this collection available in Portugal: Vans Rua Augusta, Vasco da Gama, Leiria, Almada Forum, CascaiShopping and Oeiras.
