Designer Tom Ford proposes a journey through the late 1990s and early 2000s for the warmer seasons of 2019. If in the cooler season of 2018 the press encountered similarities with the creations he made while leading Gucci, on the New York catwalk it has been made certain that Ford is revisiting his own archives. He has created tight skirts with corsets, deconstructed tuxedos, placed male blazers on female bodies, and added strips of lace to the hemline of skirts, using a simple colour palette of black, beige, white, and lilac.
