Inspired by the racing heritage of Lamborghini Squadra Corse’s one-make race series with Huracán Super Trofeo EVO, as well as the Huracán GT3 EVO’s multiple victories in the 24 Hours of Daytona and two wins of the 12 Hours of Sebring, Lamborghini’s latest creation is here. A road-approved super sports car that combines design, functionality, dynamics and performance like no other. The Huracán STO boasts a lightweight solution and superior aerodynamics and race car engineering that deliver the thrill of track racing every time it is driven on the road. It features an entirely new exterior design with its inimitable Lamborghini profile revised to optimise airflow.
The new rear fender provides reduction of the front area of the car, and therefore in drag, and increases downforce over the rear axle and overall aerodynamic efficiency. The NACA air intake manifold, integrated into the STO’s rear fender, acts as an engine air intake, with the shortened duct achieving a 30% decrease in static pressure losses. And the ‘shark fin’ integrated into the rear bonnet enhances the STO’s dynamic capabilities, particularly when cornering.
Huracán STO owners can fully personalise both the exterior and interior of their car
The Huracán STO’s motorsports DNA is also evident in its braking system. With Brembo CCM-R brakes based on materials expertise from F1 applications (carbon-ceramic) to guarantee superior durability, the CCM-R discs provide four times higher thermal conductivity. This Lamborghini uses carbon fibre for more than 75% of its exterior panels.
Huracán STO owners can fully personalise both the exterior and interior of their car through the Ad Personam programme, with limitless combinations of paint and trim, as well as race-style vinyls.
This Lamborghini is available in Portugal with a price starting at 390,000 Euros.
