Designed by Omega
Architects for Turkish shipbuilder Alia Yachts, and featuring interiors by
British studio Redman Whitely Dixon, the Virgen
del Mar VI is a superyacht measuring 31 metres and weighing 235 gross tons,
unique in its volume and level of customisation.
With a steel hull and aluminium superstructure, the Virgen del Mar VI offers generous outdoor spaces for meals, relaxation and sunbathing. On the lower deck, a door can be transformed into a diving platform. Stairs lead up to the main deck at the stern, where the C-shaped sofa surrounds coffee tables. At the bow, there is another C-shaped sofa, this time with a high table at which to dine accompanied by landscapes made up of sea and sun. Highlights on board include its 50 square metre flybridge, which is ideal for lazy mornings under the sun or long nights spent celebrating life with friends. When it’s finally time to sleep, there are five well equipped suites, divided into two doubles, two twins (on the lower deck) and an impressive 22.5 square metre master suite, with its own private terrace (on the main deck). In total, the Virgen del Mar VI can accommodate up to ten guests. Accommodation and crew facilities are located at the bow.

The interiors use a palette of pale, contemporary colours, such as light blue and white in the bedrooms, with delicate gold accents and light oak, which contrast with dark sycamore. Grey and sea blue, used in the social areas, add sophistication to the setting, while large windows let in natural light and water reflections.
Based on the Virgen del Mar VI, Alia Yachts is developing 37-metre and 50-metre versions, both fully customisable.
